A new survey of Kauri health will soon begin across Aotea. The survey will help us to understand the prevalence of the pathogen Phytophthora agathidicida (PA) and symptomatic Kauri.
This project is a partnership between Ngāti Rehua Ngātiwai ki Aotea Trust, the Department of Conservation and Auckland Council. The results will guide future decisions to protect Kauri for generations to come.
