Welcome to the Great Barrier Island Golf Club. Our stunning golf course is nestled between Te Ahumata (the White Cliffs) and Hirakimata (Mt Hobson) on Aotea/ Great Barrier, creating an iconic backdrop to the 9-hole golf course.
We are located 5 minutes from the Claris airport and Claris shops and café.
The course can be played as an 18-hole course, as the 2nd 9 tee blocks are in different locations.
Club days are Thursday and Sunday; the clubhouse is open on these days and drinks and light snacks are available. The club membership allows visitors to play almost any time, no waiting for tee times
Green Fees are $25, and clubs and trundlers can be hired for $25. Money can be deposited in the ‘tube’ at the club or payment can be made online to the club’s bank account.
