YOGA FOR TRADIES is about to start.\nNO SPECIAL CLOTHES NEEDED. WORK CLOTHES OK!!\nSimple stretches and joint maintenance. (A little like crc or wd40 for your body!)\nThe idea is that in a short amount of time you take care of yourself and who knows you may like it and you could potentially avoid a knee or hip replacement and feel a little better every day.\nThe classes will go for 3 thursdays from 21/03 from 5.15pm (right after work\, just before beer right???) at the Claris Art Gallery.\nFor this class to thrive and keep going through winter I need at least 5 people to commit to it. \nAre you TRADIES keen? Would love to join but time and date are not great for you?? All feedback is welcome!!!
