Working together with Auckland Council\, a team from EcoMatters Environment Trust\, an Auckland-based environmental charity\, will be hosting a stall at the Growers & Makers Market\, to help you have your say on this important issue. View maps and the draft adaptation strategies being proposed for your area and tell the team what you value most and how you use coastal areas. \nShoreline Adaptation Plans set out a long-term strategic direction for how Auckland Council-owned land\, such as parks and reserves and assets such as roads or water networks\, on or near the coast will be managed in the face of threats such as climate change and coastal hazards.
