Small Island, Big Ideas – Exploring Uncertainty (No Barriers)

November 19 @ 5:00 pm - November 21 @ 5:00 pm

Small Island Big Ideas is Aotea’s festival for the heart and mind on Aotea Great Barrier Island

This year’s theme is Uncertainty.

Join us for talks, a panel discussion, workshops and field trips.

Due to the COVID situation the festival has been postponed until 19th – 21st November

Our speakers – the Prime Minister’s Science Adviser Juliet Gerrard, novelist Paula Morris, financial agony aunt Mary Holm and solo kayaker Lynn Paterson – are available for the new dates and the panel discussion will now be chaired by writer Kennedy Warne.

Kennedy co-founded and edited New Zealand Geographic Magazine and has a fortnightly slot on the Nine to Noon programme called Off the Beaten Track.

We look forward to seeing you in November to explore Uncertainty!
