Great Barrier Island Golf Club

Pop into Great Barrier Island Golf Club for a great day on the green.

GBI Golf Club is a beautiful 9 hole course with some stunning views of Te Ahumata and all the way to Mount Hobson and the interior of the island. A relatively short golf course but not without it’s challenges!

The course is open 7 days a week with an honesty box system. Please pay your $20 green fees, the course is maintained completely by member’s volunteer labour, however the machinery doesn’t work for free! Your green fees help towards making the course the awesome facility it is, thank you.

Club days are every Thursday and Sunday with muster around 11am to 11.30am. Visitors are welcome, come and introduce yourself and we’ll fix you up with a game if you wish.
We have basic hire clubs available for $5-$20 depending what you are after.

Meals are available on club days.
